This page explains what data the TESSA marketing site (tessa.slisoftwareservices.com) collects, why, and what we do — and don't do — with it.

What we collect

  • Contact form submissions. When you fill out the form at /contact, the fields you provide (name, email, optional company, optional phone, plan interest, optional use-case text) are emailed to the TESSA team and not stored in a database.
  • Standard server logs. Our web server records the usual HTTP access information — IP address, user-agent string, requested URL, timestamp, and response status — for operational purposes (uptime monitoring, debugging, abuse mitigation).
  • Third-party font hosting. The site loads its typefaces (DM Sans, JetBrains Mono) from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google's servers to fetch those files, which means Google can see your IP address and basic request metadata. We don't pass any personal data to Google; this is the standard Google Fonts CDN behavior.

What we use it for

  • Responding to your contact-form message.
  • Operating and securing the site.
  • Following up about TESSA if you indicated plan interest.

What we don't do

  • We don't use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or marketing cookies.
  • We don't sell, rent, or share your contact-form details with anyone outside the TESSA team.
  • We don't profile you for advertising or build behavioral models from your visits.

Cookies

The site uses an ASP.NET antiforgery cookie on the contact form to prevent cross-site request forgery. That's it — no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers.

Retention

Contact-form emails are kept in our team mailbox in the normal course of business. If you want us to delete an email you sent, contact us and we'll do that.

Your rights

If you'd like to know what information we have about you, correct it, or have it deleted, write to us at khaled@slisoftware.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.

Changes to this page

If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the “Last updated” date at the top. Substantive changes will be reflected in the commit history of this site.
